Studio with concrete wall, cement blocks and wooden panels, enough to acommodate 4 person and the maximum capacity is to provide allowance of additional 4 guests for gathering.
Dining + Pantry
Pantry area comes with microwave and induction cooker for simple meal preparation. The bathroom is right besides the pantry behind the door so that you are able to do washing conveniently.

Dining Area/ Study
Nice Couch with Throw Pillows served as Dining Area. The table can be served as work station for laptop and tablet when neccessary.

Living & Sleeping Area
This is a cosy living area during day time with the sunlight throwing in through the window.
It comes with good size of coffee table for having afternoon tea with yourself, and with your buddy as well.
Also comes with modern style wardrobe for clothing and storage.

Sleeping Area at night
Easily be turned into sleeping area during night time. The blackout curtain helps to create nice interior ambient suitable for relax and resting, have a good night sleep.
